Responsibilities - Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients in a variety of industries - Apply knowledge of architectural design - Work on zoning, building codes, and building systems and materials - Utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals including less experienced Architects and Designers - Deliver excellence in all phases of projects, from planning through construction administration and close-out - Maintain firm-wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation for various building design projects - Actively work on advanced technology facilities with clients and produce cutting edge design solutions supporting the development of Open AI and other critical facilities Skills - Bachelor in Architecture from an accredited Architectural Program - 1 or more years of professional experience, including strong Revit skills - Demonstrated program experience in the usage of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and Adobe suite - Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations required - Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules - Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams - Ability to travel to project sites in the US - Masters in Architecture - Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states - Experience with designing advanced facilities (Data Centers, Life Science or other Industrial Facilities that also include office environments) - Participation in professional organizations - LEED AP credentials Benefits - Medical - Dental - Vision - Basic life insurance - 401(k) plan - The ability to purchase company stock at a discount - Deferred compensation plan - Executive Deferral Plan - Unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) - Seven paid holidays - Caregiver leave - Merit increases - Performance discretionary bonus - Stock Company Overview - Jacobs leads the global professional services sector delivering solutions for a more connected, sustainable world.
