TGG is a well-established financial firm located in San Rafael, CA, seeking a full-time Insurance Advisor to focus on life, disability, and long-term care insurance. The role involves serving a high-volume book of warm leads, conducting client-facing sales, and transitioning into an independent client management position.
Responsibilities
- Serve and grow a high-volume book of warm leads—thousands of potential clients ready to engage
- Conduct client-facing sales via Zoom and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence
- Learn the firm’s approach through hands-on training, joint client calls, and mentorship (3–6 months)
- Analyze and explain insurance illustrations, quotes, and client solutions
- Transition into fully independent client management and advisory role
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in life and/or disability insurance
- Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- CRM experience (any system; SmartOffice is a plus)
- MUST have experience with high net worth individuals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; go-getter personality!
- A process-driven mindset and the ability to manage a large book of business
- Tech skills preferred: MS Suite, Carrier Illustration systems, SmartOffice
