Your primary focus will be to captivate and grow Blackmores audience through creative videos, live streaming sessions, and building a strong online presence   Responsibilities include:   Short-Form & In-House Content Creation - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging, high-quality short-form videos tailored to the target audience. Take ownership of in-house content production, including scripting, filming, and editing, while leveraging TikTok features, trends, and tools to create impactful and relevant content aligned with brand objectives.   Live Streaming - Host live streaming sessions to connect with audiences in real time. Present products, respond to questions, engage viewers, and deliver entertaining, informative, and conversion-driven experiences.   TikTok Affiliate Management - Support the management of TikTok affiliate programs by identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with creators. Monitor affiliate performance, maintain relationships, and ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.   Community Engagement & Customer Interaction - Build and nurture a strong online community by actively engaging with followers through comments, direct messages, and collaborations. Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments on TikTok content, ensuring a positive brand experience.   Trend Monitoring & Adaptation - Stay informed on emerging TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content. Proactively adapt and localize trends to align with brand identity, campaigns, and content strategy.   On-Camera Presence & Flexibility - Demonstrate a confident, energetic, and personable on-camera presence. Adapt quickly to changing situations, live audience dynamics, and campaign requirements. Previous live-streaming experience is an advantage   Who are you? - Bachelor’s degree business marketing or other related discipline - Confident and natural on camera, with the ability to host live streams comfortably - Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu - Passionate about presenting, reviewing, and promoting products and services - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and emerging features - Enjoys engaging and interacting with audiences - Energetic, articulate, self-motivated, and hardworking - Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of sales objectives and creative strategies to achieve targets - Ability to navigate through Tiktok & Shopee Seller Centers   Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
