**Must-Have Requirements:**

* 6+ months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, but other customer-facing roles considered
* Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with healthcare providers, ensuring clear and concise communication
* Excellent attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information, ensuring accuracy and precision
