We are at the forefront of revolutionizing customer engagement by transforming contact centers into strategic assets through our cutting-edge AI-native platform. • Our platform leverages advanced technologies, including Large Language Models, to extract deep insights from customer interactions, providing actionable intelligence that empowers organizations to enhance customer experience and drive significant growth. • As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our innovative technology and our clients' complex business needs, acting as a crucial technical liaison. • You will serve as the primary technical escalation point and subject matter expert for both our Customer Delivery and Sales teams, ensuring seamless technical understanding and implementation. • A core responsibility will be to guide customers and prospects in understanding how the Level AI platform can be expertly configured and seamlessly integrated with their existing systems to achieve their unique business objectives. • This role demands a deep understanding of the Level AI platform's architecture and its capabilities for integration with a wide variety of enterprise systems, including CRM, telephony, and other customer engagement tools. • You will be instrumental in designing and presenting technical solutions that address specific customer pain points and demonstrate the tangible value proposition of Level AI. • This involves conducting in-depth discovery sessions with potential and existing clients to thoroughly understand their technical environments, business processes, and strategic goals. • Based on these discoveries, you will architect tailored solutions, outlining the integration points, data flows, and technical configurations required for successful deployment. • You will collaborate closely with Sales teams during the pre-sales cycle, providing technical expertise, answering complex questions, and building confidence in our platform's capabilities. • Post-sales, you will work hand-in-hand with the Customer Delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding, successful implementation, and ongoing optimization of the Level AI platform for our clients. • This includes troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring that clients are maximizing the value derived from our AI-powered solutions. • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and technical specifications. • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and customer engagement technologies is paramount, as you will be expected to continuously update your knowledge and apply it to solution design. • You will contribute to the development of reusable technical assets, such as templates, scripts, and proof-of-concept demonstrations, to accelerate the sales and delivery processes. • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential technical challenges and developing innovative solutions to overcome them. • You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships based on technical credibility and a deep understanding of their business. • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. • You will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of the Level AI platform by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions and technical implementations. • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of customer engagement through artificial intelligence. • Your expertise will directly impact our clients' success and contribute to Level AI's rapid growth and market leadership. • You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. • As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, contributing to a healthy work-life balance. • We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is eager to make a significant impact in the AI and customer engagement space.
