Our client is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with advanced experience in building complex, production-ready dashboards. This role will support a critical project phase by rapidly designing, developing, and delivering high-impact visualizations and data models.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze sales, marketing, and revenue data to measure impact of launches, promotions, events, and strategic initiatives; identify growth drivers and ROI opportunities.
• Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and data models (DAX/SQL) delivering real-time visibility into commercial performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs (CLV, CAC, pipeline health, campaign performance) to drive optimization and informed decision-making.
• Convert complex data into clear, executive-ready insights through reports, presentations, and quarterly leadership updates.
• Perform customer, product, and channel segmentation to identify expansion opportunities and refine go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical teams to align analytics with business goals and drive action.
• Develop scalable analytics workflows, reporting standards, and automated pipelines to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Assess new markets and channels by modeling revenue potential, customer overlap, and strategic fit.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales-driven organization
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling), Excel
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Experience in Python or R is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently, guide client towards solution possibilities, deliver sophisticated dashboards under tight timelines.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Education.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
