About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely and supporting government contracts for both long-term and short-term assignments. As a temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Government Public Trust Clearance – Spanish English, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides critical support to US residents during times of need. Your role will involve consulting with customers, providing solutions to their needs, and resolving issues with patience and understanding. Key Responsibilities Consult with customers on available services that can support their situation Provide the best solutions for their needs via a variety of communication channels, including voice, email, or chat Respond to customer inquiries with active listening Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 6 months or more of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English Computer experience Bilingual in English and Spanish US citizenship, as this role supports a US government assignment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment Familiarity with government contracts or public trust clearance Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your career and professional development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive base wage range of $17.20 per hour, plus an additional $4.41 per hour for the first 40 hours in lieu of health benefits for this temporary role.
