Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Sales Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Responding to sales-related questions from customers, such as financing options, product recommendations, and discounts Working independently from home and collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting to achieve team goals and objectives Maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring customer satisfaction on every call, and providing product solutions that meet customers' needs Navigating multiple applications and researching solutions with ease to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Performing other duties as assigned and contributing to the team's success in a fast-paced and innovative environment Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years or older Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Successfully pass a criminal background check Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a sales role Have high-speed internet access meeting the required speeds (download ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms <175) and a reliable ethernet connection Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm Have a dedicated workspace that can only be accessed by you during work hours Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills Be courteous and friendly with a high degree of professionalism Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate for this role: Previous Contact Center and/or work-from-home experience Experience working with innovative technology and a passion for helping people Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to patiently listen to and address complex customer issues Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong people skills and the ability to build a genuine connection with customers Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
