About This Position: Customer Service Representative We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Agent Services department as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional support to our term life policyholders and agents, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, with the option to work remotely or on a hybrid schedule after completing our comprehensive training program. Key Responsibilities: Provide exemplary customer service to term life policyholders and agents, responding to verbal and written inquiries regarding billing, policy coverage, underwriting, and contract changes Identify concerns, ask appropriate questions, and respond to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner, documenting all research findings thoroughly Perform corrections identified during calls and forward corrections to the appropriate party for further processing or approval when necessary Recognize priority situations and understand when to notify appropriate parties Maintain knowledge of company products and procedures, communicating professionally with irate customers and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner Essential Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or GED 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred but not required Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus Excellent PC skills, including intermediate skills in Microsoft Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain knowledge of company products and procedures Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Insurance or financial services industry knowledge, with a strong understanding of term life insurance policies and procedures Advanced PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $28,000-32,000 per year, based on experience.
