Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Own the entire client relationship, from initial onboarding to ongoing performance management and strategic discussions.
- Platform Management: Oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance, and troubleshoot errors to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Develop and manage a high-performing team of skilled media buyers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive their growth.

How You'll Make an Impact
This role will operate in two phases, allowing you to seamlessly transition into the position and make a lasting impact.

Our founder will be available to provide guidance and support as you take the lead on client management. You'll own the client relationship, developing a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
Phase 2: Once you've successfully managed 4-6 clients independently, we'll begin building your team. You'll lead strategy development, client relationships, and team management, driving the success of our ecommerce brand clients and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Google Ads Mastery: Proven experience in managing Google Ads for various ecommerce brands, with a deep understanding of campaign optimization, launch strategies, and error troubleshooting.
