The Associate of Advisor Solutions will support the external sales team by prospecting and engaging advisors, maintaining CRM hygiene, and developing fluency in portfolio concepts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new advisor leads through targeted call and email campaigns
- Support external wholesalers with follow-up, scheduling, and relationship continuity
- Clean and enrich lead lists, identifying high-opportunity prospects and routing them appropriately
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot
- Develop fluency in return stacking concepts, portable alpha, and our ETF lineup
Skills
- 2+ years in internal sales or distribution support within asset management (strong 1-year candidates with the right profile will be considered)
- Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, or alternative investment products
- Familiarity with the independent RIA channel
- Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Intellectually curious, comfortable with complexity, high agency
- CAIA designation is a plus (we'll support you in getting it)
