Responsibilities
- Design and develop insightful dashboards that help bring a clear understanding of the North American business
- Synthesize data and research findings into insightful strategic recommendations and help communicate key findings
- Support North America in articulating strategy and developing business cases for growth opportunities
- Support the Personal Shopping team to ensure the customer segments and profiles are receiving the best attention to ensure sales
- Work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with Personal Shopping, Marketing, Site Merchandising and other teams on a variety of growth-focused projects
Skills
- Commercial experience in a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment is essential
- Advanced Excel modelling capabilities and experience of data visualisation tools
- SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel and PowerBI
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work at all levels of the organisation
- First class analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Inquisitive mind and proactive nature
