PCI is a volunteer-based organization focused on maintaining the technical integrity of the precast concrete industry. The Program Coordinator – Technical Services will provide administrative support to the Technical Services department, managing various technical activities and communication with members and committees. Responsibilities - Provide support to Technical Activities Council programs, including managing document review, balloting processes, and meeting scheduling for both the Council Chair and Staff Liaison - Provide administrative support of the Technical Activities Council and the Technical Department - Extensive communication with technical committees to support staff liaisons and committee work - Initiation, management, and compilation of council and committee ballots to assist staff liaisons - Management of technical committee membership - Registration and assembly of materials for technical workshops - Management of technical awards and recognition of outgoing chairs - Travel includes four (4) in-person meetings: PCI Convention, PCI Committee Days, Winter Meeting and Summer Meeting - Maintain committee central and technical committee webpages, including documents and rosters - Assist others in the use of committee central as needed - Monitor the [email protected] email account and engage the appropriate PCI staff to answer technical questions from both members and non-members - Provide support to Research and Development Council programs, including managing document review, balloting processes, and meeting scheduling for both the Council Chair and Staff Liaison - Provide administrative support of the Research and Development Council and the Research Innovation Committee - Initiation, management, and compilation of council and committee ballots to assist staff liaisons - Provide support in PCI Fellowships application and submission collection process - Provide support for registration and assembly of materials at technical sessions - Provide support to PCI Director, Codes and Standards - Assist with the PCI Standards Developer Organization programs, including maintenance of records to comply with ANSI requirements - Manage document review, ballot processes, and meeting schedules for both the Standards Committee Chair and Staff Liaison - Monitor the [email protected] email account and engage the Director of Codes and Standards as needed - Assist with communicating activities of the institute to members - Assist with copy editing of the PCI Body of Knowledge as needed - Support the preparation for the PCI Convention and PCI Committee Days as the premiere events for PCI.
