What Youll Do For this role we are looking specifically for a Masters-level student to focus on Marketing Data and Customer Engagement to help us define marketing customer journeys to bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data including engagement with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds. This internship will also support ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities. Periodic opportunities to join the team on campus for meetings and other events will be available. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
