**Key Responsibilities**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
* Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
* Leading shifts on a regular basis to gain entry-level management experience
* Maintaining store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
* Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions
* Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve store goals
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to resolve customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong leadership skills to lead a team of employees and provide guidance and support
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve store goals
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Entry-level management experience
* Sales associate or cashiering experience

**Physical Requirements**
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
