Salary: $127,000 - 167,000 per year
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Skilled in hardware setup, imaging, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Capacity to work independently while reporting to remote IT leadership
• Excellent professional communication skills
• Physically capable of lifting and moving computer equipment as required
• Based in Denver with the ability to work onsite regularly
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees located in the U.S.
• Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Acquire IT equipment as directed by IT leadership
• Image and prepare machines for new hires
• Track, document, and manage IT assets in the U.S.
• Recover and redeploy IT equipment from departing employees
• Handle and resolve assigned support tickets
• Collaborate with the IT Manager in Argentina for escalations and system updates
• Maintain inventory records and documentation related to hardware lifecycle
• Offer on-site troubleshooting support in the Denver office when necessary
• Assist with general administrative tasks for the Denver office
• Coordinate with building management and vendors as needed
• Help manage office supplies
• Support the logistics of onboarding U.S.-based hires
• Ensure the office environment is organized and functional
