• Be accountable for a scalable, long-term user experience vision
• Partner with thought leaders across Netflix to identify business opportunities
• Drive the evolution of Podcasts on Netflix
• Ensure quality of craft and design across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary team members
• Lead a human-centered design strategy that fosters company-wide alignment
• Innovate to meet new business and member needs
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products
• Exceptional communication skills, in writing and verbally
• Deep expertise in the engagement patterns of podcasts
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partner teams on video promotion strategies/campaigns
• Demonstrated success in driving 0-1 initiatives forward
• Strategic thinker who can articulate a compelling product vision
• Skilled at connecting the dots across related initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to effectively integrate individual business needs into a holistic design system approach
• Skilled in Figma’s advanced features, such as Autolayout, Components/Variables, DevMode, Responsive Prototypes
