In this role, you will lead medium to large-scale, complex initiatives focused on infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and new healthcare facility IT planning and activation. You will be instrumental in driving end-to-end project execution, overseeing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative healthcare initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and patient care delivery. Responsibilities • Manage medium to large-scale healthcare IT projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality metrics. • Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including data center transformations, network upgrades, and end-user technology deployments. • Oversee cloud migration programs (e.g., hybrid or multi-cloud environments), ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. • Drive new facility IT planning and activation, including technology assessments, infrastructure design coordination, and go-live readiness. • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements aligned with organizational goals. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions. • Manage vendors, third-party partners, and internal teams to ensure coordinated execution across all project phases. • Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies. • Provide regular status reporting to executive stakeholders and governance committees. • Travel to client sites as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare IT infrastructure, cloud migration, or large-scale transformation programs. • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across technical, clinical, and operational domains. • Strong understanding of healthcare IT environments, including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and application ecosystems. • Bachelor's degree required (Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred). • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience managing complex IT projects in healthcare environments. • Experience with hospital construction, facility expansions, or IT activation planning strongly preferred. • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus. • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs involving infrastructure and cloud technologies. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation. • Experience with IT strategy alignment, vendor management, and systems integration. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments with evolving priorities.
