Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and respect for authority Maintaining accurate records and reports, demonstrating attention to detail and analytical skills Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-oriented and compassionate approach, with a strong desire to help and support our clients and their customers Patient, empathetic, and eager to resolve customer queries and concerns Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills Team player with a strong sense of humor and respect for authority Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly A strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home with minimal supervision Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
