Assist customers with reservations, ticket changes, and travel inquiries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our services and policies. Document customer interactions accurately in our system, maintaining detailed records of communications and resolutions. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services, continuously enhancing your knowledge to provide the best possible support to our customers. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, turning challenges into opportunities to showcase our commitment to customer care. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, where you have honed your skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically.
