Our dedicated associates are the backbone of our organization, and we're committed to providing a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **What We Offer** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will make you feel valued and supported: * **Competitive Pay**: $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan * **Flexible Scheduling**: Work from home and choose from a variety of 8-hour shift schedules during our business hours (Monday – Sunday, 24/7) * **Career Growth**: Opportunities to advance your career in a supportive, innovative environment * **Benefits**: Comprehensive benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time * **Paid Training**: Three-to-six-week paid training period to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed * **Incentive Plan**: Opportunity to earn up to an additional $350 per month after training, by meeting performance metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) * **Shift Differential**: $1.50 per hour for hours between 6PM- 6AM and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Sat and Sun, 6am-6pm) **What You'll Do** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment * Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information * Accessing cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies * Assisting cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses * Processing transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision * Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations * Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology * Supporting team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule. You'll be an effective and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to clearly explain complex information and connect with customers in a professional manner. You'll be a calm and composed professional who can navigate challenging conversations with empathy and efficiency. **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent * 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience * To complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting * To comply with camera requirements for meetings and training * A verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs * An established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection * Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications * To complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 1+ years of previous call center experience **Why Choose arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value our associates and strive to create a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.
