About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. Your primary responsibilities will include solving problems, answering questions, and delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. This is an ongoing temporary position that offers the flexibility of remote work, with hours varying from part-time to up to 40 hours a week during peak times, all within a Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time framework. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices, maintaining relationships with existing clients. Respond to client inquiries via phone in a call center environment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues. Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, involving research and processing of relevant documents. Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. About You To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma is required, along with customer service experience and strong typing and basic computer skills. While not mandatory, having a working knowledge of Microsoft software (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word), exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll, and call center experience would be highly advantageous. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience. Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience in benefits, HR, and/or payroll. Previous call center experience.
