- Maintains a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays, and ensures compliance with store policies and procedures
- Implements asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, and ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, including stock rotation, display construction, and inventory management
- Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and assumes web pick-up responsibilities
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
