Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates. Handle baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims. Facilitate check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies. Resolve passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers. Essential Qualifications Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high productivity. Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus). Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory. Passion for the aviation industry and a commitment to our core values. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
