**The Client Care Engineering Team at arenaflex**
The Client Care Engineering team at arenaflex enables the company's client support to assist customers with resolving issues while trying to stream or sign up for arenaflex. We achieve this by creating a robust, flexible, and scalable technology environment that combines in-house and vendor solutions. Our areas of responsibility include our contact center, CRM, CMS, member management system, and various activity tools. We focus on operational and cost efficiency, employee and customer experience, and enabling fast growth in how arenaflex does client support.
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced full stack software engineer to join our Client Care Engineering team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will provide cross-functional technical leadership and direction to the team to develop client care for the arenaflex global community. The Call Place toolset, structures, and skills have evolved significantly, and you will set and execute the vision for the right balance of core skills that we should build versus tools that we should integrate into our design.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical vision and strategy to build scalable platforms that meet the growing needs of the client care ecosystem.
* Build strong relationships across business, data science, analytics, and engineering partners.
* Balance urgent partner needs versus longer-term vision.
* Support your team by helping them understand needs, drive down ambiguity, provide context, and enable them to bring their best and make an impact.
* Mentor and lead a dream team of UI, backend, and full-stack engineers to execute a shared vision between engineering, product, and client support partners.
* Participate in engineering decisions for technology development and be an idea partner/sounding board for your team, partners, and stakeholders.
* Develop and mentor this team through smart observation and fearless, honest feedback.
**About You**
* You have experience working with third-party CCAAS vendors like Sprinklr, Google CCAI, or similar.
* You are an experienced engineering manager with a proven track record of recruiting and leading high-quality, full-stack teams with diverse technical skills.
* Mentorship/Direction: You have a demonstrated history of managing a large, successful team. You understand that the primary aspect of your responsibilities is putting the team in a good position. Through mentoring, teaching, and auditing, you help other engineers make sound building decisions, improve their code quality, and expand their skill set.
* Execution: You care deeply about execution and feature velocity. You consider yourself highly accountable, jumping in and taking responsibility for what may not be in your team's scope.
* Recruiting expertise: You're a smart interviewer who continually raises the bar for excellence. You believe that what seems amazing one day becomes the standard the next day, and that every new hire should thoroughly integrate into the team.
* Attention to detail: You have a knack for handling client support issues and are thinking of ways to improve it through higher engineering efficiency.
