**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial accounting and bookkeeping team, you will be responsible for performing complex data entry tasks, analyzing financial data, and providing expert advice to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform complex data entry tasks, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Provide expert advice to clients on financial accounting and bookkeeping matters
* Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Develop and implement financial models to forecast future financial performance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry standards
**Required Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
* Experience with financial software, including Fiserv and Essbase
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in SEC or administrative quarterly reporting
* Experience with COSO-based Sarbanes-Oxley internal control assessment execution
* Military experience or examination experience, including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
* 1+ year of experience in credit card industry reporting; corporate/business loan products knowledge
* Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
* Experience with large 4/provincial public accounting/financial services
* Transitional Essbase/SmartView, high-level Microsoft Excel with VLOOKUP/pivot tables
* Strong knowledge/experience of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial reports or parts preparation with the ability to interpret/sum up complex information into justifiable, meaningful data and suggestions
* Shown understanding of accounting/detailing/internal control issues
* Ability to decipher and sum up complex information into reasonable, significant data and suggestions
* High-level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
