In this role, you'll leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional communication abilities to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize sales. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop business value propositions, and promote compliant and profitable digital transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize sales * Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive business success and inform account strategies * Promote commercial solutions and improve customer satisfaction through consultative selling, negotiation, and account planning * Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment (ROI) goals * Develop business value propositions that drive long-term value creation and strengthen customer relationships * Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue and optimize sales * Promote compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales * Utilize theoretical knowledge of complex principles of technology to promote the sale of arenaflex products or services **Minimum Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field * Experience: 6 months of data analysis and/or data management experience * Specific Skills: + Education or experience in Account Management; Consultative Selling; Negotiation; Account Planning; Business Analysis; Program Management; and Relationship Management **Essential Qualifications:** * Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction in a customer-facing role * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform account strategies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of complex principles of technology **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a similar role at a technology company or in a related industry * Certification in a relevant field, such as account management or sales * Fluency in a second language * Experience working with arenaflex products or services **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform account strategies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of complex principles of technology * Proven ability to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction in a customer-facing role **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
