**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve patient medical billing inquiries
* Collecting payments and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
* Working with electronic medical systems to resolve billing discrepancies and denials
* Maintaining accurate time tracking and reporting
* Participating in online team meetings and company Q&A forums
* Meeting daily quality and productivity quotas
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in resolving billing inquiries and resolving patient complaints
* Previous experience working with electronic medical systems
* Ability to navigate multiple systems and software programs
* Friendly and professional demeanor
* Ability to work in a remote, quiet environment
* High-speed internet access (speed test required)
* Personal computer (Windows-based) capable of running multiple systems and software programs
* Personal phone for work purposes
* Availability to work Monday through Friday during Hawaii Standard Time
* Ability to complete mandatory on-boarding training
