**Job Description:**
We're hiring full-time INBOUND phone customer service representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience, and will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls. You'll work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls
* Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
* Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
* Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
* Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Ability to commute to our facility from your home
* A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
* Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
* Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
