As a member of Team arenaflex, you'll find purpose, opportunities, and the support you need to build a meaningful career and make a powerful impact in our community. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary customer interface for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls, and providing expert guidance on our diverse range of insurance products. You will be responsible for: * Interfacing with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail * Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues * Elevating sensitive customer requests when necessary * Complying with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a very dynamic environment * Staying current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability **Requirements** To be considered for this position, you must have: * A High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred) * Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length * Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace The strongest candidates for this position will also possess: * Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar customer service role, preferably in the health insurance industry * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office **What We Offer** * A competitive salary of $39,520 annually * A comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits effective the 1st of the month following start date * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home **Training and Development** * 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Central Time Zone) * Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products **Work Schedule** * After training, you will be required to work any 8.5-hour shift between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm (Central Time Zone), Monday to Friday **Diversity and Inclusion** We strongly believe that diversity of experience, perspective, and background will lead to a better workplace for our employees and a better product for our customers and members. arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans. **How to Apply** Don't hesitate to apply!
