Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: - Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services, including online orders, follow-ups, and deliveries - Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns - Working closely with customers, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries - Utilizing multiple computer programs and software simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering visits - Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills Requirements To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent - Online Business Customer Service Certification (obtained after completing a 14-day training program) - Prior customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales, and purchasing teams - Proficient business writing skills, with the ability to write at a minimum speed of 30 wpm - Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable for this role: - Strong foundation in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Bilingual skills (an asset) About arenaflex's Work Environment At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects the contributions of all employees.
