**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolutions
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments as required
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes
* Upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience (if required)
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Banking experience (preferably in a call center environment)
* 18 years of age or older
* Proven call center experience
* A typing speed of 25 WPM or more
* Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
* Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
* Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
* Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
* Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
* Strong listening skills
**Nice-to-Haves**
