**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing assistance with baggage, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall experience is positive and memorable. This is a part-time role, working a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, 7 days a week. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist passengers with their baggage, including pick-up and delivery
* Resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive outcome
* Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Handle customer interactions with class, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* Perform other related duties as assigned, within the scope of your skills and experience
* Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 70 pounds, and regularly lift weights of 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be a local (in-state) resident
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Valid In-State Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
* Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
* Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
* Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
* Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent communication skills
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, 7 days a week
