Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
- Team Leadership: Mentor, support, and motivate your team of hourly workforce members to achieve operational excellence.
- Operational Management: Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring all aspects of the operation run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop and implement plans that meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with the capacity to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
