Our team is dedicated to delivering an elevated experience, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers to guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process * Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets * Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper travel documentation * Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts * Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures * Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding * Operating jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Using computers to assist customers with seat availability, make gate announcements regarding the boarding process, flight status, checking and handling baggage, managing, and initiating the boarding process **Internal Movement Eligibility** If you're an internal employee looking to move to this role, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Internal Mobility Policy and Residency Policy.
