Responsibilities
- Vet contractors and assess fraud risks
- Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and monitor progress
- Manage Salesforce cases to support business expansion
- Conduct recurring compliance audits including licenses and documentation
- Communicate with lenders to clarify or obtain missing submission details
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail and risk identification
- Knowledge of the Lending industry is a plus
