**Job Summary**
As a Customer Logistics Manager - Dedicated Transportation (Wed-Sat Night Shift), you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, leading direct reports, and attaining daily operational goals within your assigned functional area. You will be the management and professional representative of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
* Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
* Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
* Health and Safety Management
* State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Essential Functions**

* Off-shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis

* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
**Qualifications**
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

**Compensation and Perks**
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
