Job Summary and Key Responsibilities In this exciting internship role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that will help you develop your skills in business operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Reporting and creating visualizations of data to help stakeholders easily reference and understand metrics Updating and cleaning up records/attributes/repository in the Salesforce platform Creating training materials, user guides, and knowledge articles (internal and client-facing) needed for self-service support Compiling and delivering meeting notes and user responses as needed Working on and presenting a special project to the larger Client Operations team You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in project management, process improvement, and analytical problem-solving, and to learn new tools and software to perform day-to-day activities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, Marketing, or an equivalent area of study, and graduating by June 2026 or earlier Project management and process improvement knowledge, with the ability to create, modify, and document processes Ability to prioritize, possessing time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to learn new tools and software to perform day-to-day activities Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems Preferred Qualifications and Skills In addition to the essential qualifications and skills, we are also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications and skills: Agile methodology Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira We are happy to support your development in these areas, whether you are proficient or need some brushing up.
