Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to a high volume of customers via phone, email, and other channels Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner Upsell additional services to customers to drive business growth and increase revenue Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth.
