**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
