Position Overview – Frontline Banking Champion arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative to join our Greeley branch. This role is the face of arenaflex, responsible for processing a high volume of transactions accurately, delivering exceptional service, and proactively introducing customers to the full suite of products and services we offer. Key Responsibilities - Execute dozens of routine banking transactions each day—cash checks, deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, and more—while adhering to arenaflex’s established guidelines and time standards. - Assess each customer’s unique needs and introduce relevant banking products such as credit cards, savings bonds, personal loans, and wealth‑building solutions. - Generate sales referrals, suggest alternative banking channels (online, mobile, self‑service kiosks), and cross‑sell additional services to deepen customer relationships. - Go the “extra mile” by building trust, fostering loyalty, and ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and heard. - Maintain rigorous compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) standards. - Identify and mitigate risk by detecting suspicious activity, potential fraud, and policy breaches, thereby protecting arenaflex and its clients. - Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, providing clear, accurate information and escalating complex issues when necessary. - Collaborate with branch managers, loan officers, and support teams to achieve collective sales targets and enhance overall branch performance. - Participate in ongoing training, community events, and branch initiatives that reinforce arenaflex’s brand and community commitment. - Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting the branch’s operational excellence. Essential Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education or certifications in finance, business, or related fields are a plus. - Proven experience handling cash transactions and operating banking or point‑of‑sale systems. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable way. - Strong time‑management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple transactions simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy. - Customer‑service mindset focused on delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint. - Keen attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude, and proficiency with basic accounting principles. - Demonstrated integrity and a solid understanding of confidential information handling. - Willingness to work onsite in the Greeley branch; remote work is not available for this role.
