Silent LLC is a US-registered firm that connects experienced operators with silent capital investors who prefer to back strong leadership rather than actively manage businesses. We are inviting top-tier operators who are American or Canadian (citizens or permanent residents) to join our private operator network.
This is not employment with Silent LLC. It is an opportunity to be selectively connected with silent capital investors, after which operators may build, scale, or operate businesses in any market globally, depending on the mandate.

Who Can Be Connected to Silent Capital Investors

We are seeking operators who have:
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience
• Served as CEO, COO, CFO, Managing Director, or General Manager
• Owned or managed full P&L responsibility
• Experience with growth, restructuring, acquisitions, or multi-market operations
• Worked with boards, private investors, or family offices
• Interest in equity-aligned, partnership-based leadership roles
