ISN is a global leader in contractor and supplier management, providing services to a variety of clients worldwide. They are seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to support contractor/supplier clients and manage customer accounts through a structured training program.
Responsibilities
- Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
- Lead the management and growth of customer accounts
- Field incoming calls and inquiries
- Inside sales
- Assist customers in navigating ISNetworld
- Engage directly with stakeholders and executives of Hiring Client companies
- Generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting
- Assist with client implementation
- Take on increasing responsibility in a team environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience
- Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
- Lead the management and growth of customer accounts
- Field incoming calls and inquiries
- Inside sales experience
- Help customers navigate ISNetworld
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person meetings, events, and presentations after initial training
- Engage directly with stakeholders and executives of Hiring Client companies
- Generate business growth through account expansion and new client prospecting
- Assist with client implementation
- Take on increasing responsibility in a team environment
