About the Role
This is not an academic internship; it's a build-and-ship role. You will collaborate with the founding team to integrate intelligence into every layer of the hiring platform. You'll focus on creating usable AI systems that make a difference rather than just developing models.
What You'll Do
- Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support.
- Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications.
- Experiment with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- Integrate AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams.
- Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features.
Education & Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Eligible for an unpaid co-op or internship placement.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have hands-on experience with Python, OpenAI APIs, and LangChain.
- Understand the difference between building a model and developing an entire system.
- Enjoy turning abstract ideas into working prototypes.
- Are interested in natural language processing (NLP), LLMs, recommendation systems, or agents.
- Are comfortable working quickly in ambiguous situations.
Bonus Points
- Have built your own AI assistant, GPT, or participated in a hackathon project.
- Have experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Have experience in prompt chaining or multi-agent systems.
