We are building a vertical AI SaaS platform and are looking for an experienced AI Consultant / Product Manager / Project Delivery Manager to help take the product from MVP to launch and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, structure product execution clearly, manage delivery end-to-end, and work closely with founders, design, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure the product is delivered on time and with strong quality.
We are keeping the exact product details confidential at this stage, but the platform sits in a high-potential vertical SaaS space with AI at its core. The right person will help shape the MVP, translate ideas into executable plans, and manage the project like a true delivery owner.
What you’ll do
Work with the founder to refine product vision, scope, and delivery priorities.
Translate business goals into a clear MVP roadmap.
Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release phases.
Prepare and maintain a project delivery plan / Gantt chart.
Break the roadmap into milestones, dependencies, timelines, and sprint-ready tasks.
Coordinate execution across design, development, QA, and other stakeholders.
Act as the delivery manager to ensure the MVP is completed on time and future phases are planned properly.
Track risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes proactively.
Support product decisions with practical, execution-focused thinking.
Ensure the team stays aligned on deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
Help define what comes after MVP: pilot, iteration, scale-up, and feature expansion.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate should be able to:
Lead product discovery and planning discussions.
Convert business goals into structured product documentation.
Write detailed user stories and workflow descriptions.
Create delivery plans with timelines, milestones, and task breakdowns.
Work with technical teams to ensure feasibility and delivery alignment.
Run weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
Manage delivery like a project manager while thinking like a product manager.
Keep the project moving with discipline, clarity, and accountability.
Help shape future phases after MVP based on learning and feedback.
What we need
Must have:
5+ years of experience in product, project, or delivery management.
Experience working on AI, SaaS, or digital product builds.
Strong ability to structure unclear ideas into actionable execution plans.
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Nice to have:
Experience with Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and team coordination.
PMP or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, etc.).
