Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, documenting care, and working closely with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and discharge planning. This is a 12-hour shift position with weekend, holiday, and occasional floating requirements. Onboarding and compliance processes typically take 4–6 weeks to complete.
