Requirements • Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages. • Deep understanding of AI and NLP techniques, algorithms, and practical applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects. • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members in data science and machine learning best practices. • Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with ethical AI practices and multi-model approaches is a plus.
