Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security or related fields is a plus. Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role. Valid security license or certification (if required by state regulations). Excellent observation and surveillance skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
