SAP Master Data Expert MM
The Opportunity Our Data Office team is seeking an experienced SAP Data MM Expert who can work as a SAP Data Steward for Materials and Bill of Materials (BOMs). What you'll get to do • Recurrently analyze existing Master Data processes, procedures and data model to identify areas of improvement • Perform gap-analysis of master data across different systems, to ensure correct fit with SAP Master Data requirements (e.g., due to external integration) • Define Material and BOM Master Data Initiatives in SAP • Identify alerts when master data is missing and define rules to be followed by the users when creating the required material attributes • Provide end-user support and training for SAP Master Data MM processes and procedures • Develop and maintain SAP MM master data, including materials and BOMs • Update the system data according to the requests from other departments: R&D, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, etc. • Collaborate with other functional consultants and project teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, BW • Participate in system testing and implementation activities, including documentation of processes and procedures • Document existing and new SAP Master Data processes and procedures • Routinely verify the availability and accuracy of data on materials and BOMs We'd love to meet you if you have • Experience: Solid experience in SAP to manage materials, BOM and other MM master data, and highly skilled in creating documentation and presentations • Education: Superior BA, Information Technologies, or Engineering • Languages: Spanish and English required, French is desirable • Competencies: • * Organization and Planning • Analytics competencies • Teamwork skills • Communication abilities • Specific Knowledge required: • * Expert in SAP: MM Module, especially from a Master Data angle • Be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel • Look for ways to improve processes and capabilities A few things you'll love about us • An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture • A range of learning and development opportunities • An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow • A competitive compensation & benefits package Apply tot his job
