About The Role • The Retention Manager will report to our Director of Growth & Ecom and will help oversee the daily operations and execution of Jones Road Beauty's lifecycle marketing program across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels. This role involves assisting in developing and refining automated journeys and campaigns to drive conversions and customer lifetime value, managing content planning and deployment, executing segmentation strategies, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance, analyzing channel performance, and implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize user engagement and campaign effectiveness. What You'll Do • Assist in overseeing the daily operations and execution of Jones Road Beauty's lifecycle marketing program across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail channels. • Support the development and optimization of automated lifecycle journeys and standalone campaigns to drive conversions, boost repeat customer revenue, and increase customer lifetime value. • Collaborate with the Director to manage content planning, briefing, creation, and deployment of lifecycle campaigns. • Assist in designing, executing, and refining segmentation strategies and content personalization based on user behavior and attributes. • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all outbound messages, ensuring exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. • Track and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing detailed reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations to optimize user engagement and conversion. • Help define and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience managing customer lifecycle programs for DTC e-commerce companies, encompassing strategic planning, end-to-end campaign execution, analytics, and reporting. • Hands-on experience in managing daily operations within enterprise-level CRM platforms; familiarity with Klaviyo or PostScript is a strong plus. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau. • Understanding and practical expertise in audience segmentation and personalization strategies. • Experience designing and conducting A/B tests, with the ability to translate results into actionable insights. • Exceptional attention to detail, strong cross-functional project management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Adept at problem-solving, with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
